Fast. TagLogger-supplied hardware ships pre-configured. If you use compatible tags you already own, we coordinate onboarding after registration.

Q: Do you support procurement, invoicing, and POs?

Yes. We can issue invoices and accept purchase orders for procurement workflows and larger rollouts. Contact us to coordinate the details.

Q: Is location data private and secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, and data is only processed by trusted providers needed to run TagLogger. We do not sell or share your location data with advertisers or data brokers.

Q: Where does our data live, and how long is it retained?

Location data is stored encrypted with the trusted cloud providers needed to run the platform. There is no practical retention limit. Full history can be exported in CSV or JSON at any time, and data deletion can be requested.

Q: Do teams need Apple devices to use TagLogger?

No. Your team uses TagLogger through the web app on desktop or mobile browsers, including Android devices.

Q: What is the battery lifetime?

The Compact Tag runs up to 1 year on a user-replaceable CR2032 coin cell. The Standard Tag runs up to 3 years on a user-replaceable CR2477 cell and is IP68 sealed. The Extended Tag runs up to 6 years on two user-replaceable ER14250 lithium cells and is IP68 sealed.

Q: What deployment support is included?

TagLogger-supplied tags are shipped pre-configured and ready to deploy. We can also coordinate onboarding for compatible tags you already own.

Q: How does onboarding work for large fleets?

For higher volumes we coordinate rollout planning with your team — shipment scheduling or existing-tag onboarding, tag labeling, user setup, and deployment checkpoints — so it matches your operational timeline.
